I should have gotten a clue when i went to rent from here and they wouldn't show me an apartment. Things were okay for the first few months but after Duquesne bought up the complex things seem to have gone downhill. They had the water off multiple times to connect it to campus. Then my ceiling fell down while i was at home and it took them a month to fix it since the AC unit in the apartment above me was cloged. I was not there to bug them about fixing it and it just went unfixed untill i had to stay there and make sure they fixed it. Sound is also a huge problem since the walls are paper thin. DONT LIVE HERE is all i have to say, it may be convenient to downtown but save your money and move outside the city.
