DON'T MOVE HERE

I can't wait to move out in May! This place is a total dump. My bathroom is a total nightmare. My sink leaks...my bath tub is constantly getting backed-up and it takes atleast 3 tries to get my toilet to flush the whole way. One of the elevators is always down and you have to wait 20 min to get one. Most of the other tenants are rude. The hallways always smell like garbage. There are a lot of people who can't cook...which results in fire alarms going off ALL the time. Duquesne doesn't even care how the building looks and when they do fix things, they have to go back and re-do it because they mess it up. The carpeting is gross and if they have to lift it up to do floor work, they fix it with duct tape.
Parking is horrible and expensive. The students who work at the front desk are rude. If we get one warm day, they turn the heat off so we freeze at night.
The gym sucks and it's always 200 degress in there. The pool is paved over and there isn't a tanning bed anymore. Don't even move here. This place makes the projects look high class.
I'm glad Duquesne didn't renew ICM's lease....we get to move to NICE townhouses with a pool, tennis court, and gym in Greentree. You stuck-up Duquesene students can have your over-priced dump!
