I think this person is just angry. The people who work the front desk are actually super-nice, the gym is NEVER 200 degrees (and they have 3 or 3 fans in there always going). The maintenance guys are awesome, too. The only problems I had were with the elevator (this includes the ICM people taking the elevator up one floor because they're lazy). But, the internet, water, gas = all included in the price of rent. The only thing I have to pay is cable.

Ok i lived in Citiline in 1997,, yes 10 years ago(DAMN IM OLD)it really was not bad in fact we still had the pool before they paved it..which was really stupid of DUQ..in fact we froze our a** off in the apartments because of the Air conditioner we controlled ourselves and heat we controlled it really was not bad at all.. elevators always worked, ppl could cook beacuse we were all mostly from PICA. I feel bad for u guys now if what your saying is true you are being charged way to much to live there. It was high when i lived there and we had everthing..16th floor view does suck. Anyone remeber the suicide rate this building had..I sure remember..I lived in on the 20th floor in a corner room. I had a great view. Well I am sorry that it turned into the dump it had become..because it really use to be a nice place.
