Poor Housing Conditions

I would NOT recommend ANYONE to move into the crafton-ingram apts. The maintenance crew is LOUSY. The halls are cleaned once a month, there's an infestation of ants AND cockroaches and the manager and his wife are VERY unpleasant people! Although a quiet and safe neighborhood, the apartments are MUCH to small for the amount of rent. $545 isn't worth the pests NOR the size
