Nice but not worth it

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
While living there.. my car was broken into, i had foreign children try to come into my apartment to pet the dog, my car was plowed IN when there was snow, pot holes constently on the drive way up and down (thought my tired was going to blow soon), and for the year and a half i lived there.. the rent for the other places kept dropping and i was still paying 600$ for a one bedroom. Even though the set up for the townhouses and apartments are nice, rent and maintence and the overwhemling amounts of certain people make it not worth it.
