We've lived in Crane Village Apartments since December and after reading some of the other tenants' problems, I agree that the maintenance guys have a serious problem of barging into the house. (I had expected some sort of a prior phonecall to doublecheck whether there was anyone at home first but apparently they are completely unaware of such courtesies!)
No doubt its a an OK place to live in - but we recently tried to get a satellite dish installed and were given a lengthy list of dos and donts on where to install it, which i understand. Now as luck would have it, the way the apartments in a certain row are positioned, there is no way that the satellite dish could be aligned with the satellite. We were advised to call the office and try and ask whether they would allow us in this case to install it on the roof and we were met with a really rude voice at the other end which barked a no at us and when we asked for solutions around the problem, we were told to change apartments!
So much for customer service!
Its been a sour sour experience and we can't wait to move into a different apartment now - with a different leasing agent!
