We currently live here and HATE IT!!! You can here everything through these paper thin walls no matter if you live upstairs or down. I can tell when the neighbor is getting a shower cause I here the water hitting off of the tub! If you like to have peace and quiet do not rent here. If you like it when maintenence men just barge in without calling you and you not knowing who they are this is your place. It is very unsafe. The office staff said "it is impossible to give notice when maintenence will be there , because we have no idea when they will. They take their tickets and are gone all day without phones." It smells and is dirty. A lot of ethnic cooking that makes the whole building including your apartment smell and the smell does not go away no matter what you do. The laundry facility sucks. The machines are dirty and expensive. Cars get broken into and things get stolen from them. When residents try to put up warnings (ex. a note stating there were break ins) management is quick to remove it and say that nothing had happen and denies that there even was an incident! FBI were in this area not too long ago looking for a freakin murderer at the next building. IF that isnt enough for you to stay away I do not know what is. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!! IT'S a rip off and VERY unsafe. I cannot wait until this lease is up!
