In the entire 5 years I've been renting I've never had the misfortune to rent from a more dishonest and rude group of people than the individuals who work for Crane Village Apartments. They lied about their pet policy, then the sales rep lied to the manager when he asked them to verify. After that the sent us a letter 'explaining' their policy and basically accusing US of lying, when we could easily have kept the pets a secret and they'd have never known. In addition, every day for two weeks after finding out about this, someone from the office would show up in our appartment during the day when we were out -- lights were turned on and doors left open every day, and they denied it when we asked. The manager of the appartments is abysmally rude and his staff lie repeatedly. I'd highly discourage anyone from ever renting from Crane Village Appartments.
