While most of the office staff at Crane Village is unhelpful and rude, I actually found the Crane Village Manager - Mr. Jay Adams to be a good manager. There were many problems that the office staff either refused to take care of it or just plain not respond. In each of these cases, when I contacted the manager Mr Adams, he would ALWAYS return my calls and try to do the right thing.

Overall the apartment is average (I lived here for more than 5 years in the mid 90s), the office staff unhelpful, but their manager is actually very good.

BTW Mr. Adams is also the Manager of Lenny Schivaon (sp ') the Manager of the Carriage Park Apartments. Lenny is very rude, unresponsive.
