The apartments are cheaply and poorly constructed. The trim along the floor in the kitchen is falling off and you can see under the wall. The counters and cabinets in the kitchen are cheap and akwardly sized. Teh bathroom wall is cracking from preivous water damage when a pipe leaked.
The office staff is inconsiderate and unhelpful. They feel as if it is a chore to deal with their residents. The maintance staff is slow to respond if at all. In the winter it took several phone calls and a week later for them to fix the heat. The borken gutter drain has been reported several times and has not been fixed. Water pours onto my pourch and floods it every time it rains.
If you want to pay around $500 a month for rent, spend it some where else.
