I was reading many of the comments from Carriage Park, they are also owned by Dreyfuss and as I see both places are the same. The management is horrible. My gas bill for 3 months was 600.00 and it was to be payable right away. Both places are paper thin walls and I could hear the people above me and what they did....a lot of what they did. I believe both places are bad stay away from both! Dreyfuss just wants money. When I turned my keys in at Crane they were rude to me in front of possible new tenants and none of the staff would look at us and there ending remarks to me was "good luck with whatever."

This place is almost the ghetto. There is no parking. I have had to park in the neighboring buildings lot or next to the dumpster.
I can hear everything the people above me do. I can hear them talking and many other things. The apartment behind me was rented out to friends of the management and there was always loud parties, slamming doors and screaming you name it....The patios are so unsafe. The wood is soft and the railing is rusty. It took them 4 months to replace the windows in the apartment and when they did replace it the men doing the work were looking into other peoples windows and replaced it in the dead of winter. I got notice the night before at 10pm that they were going to be there at 8am the next morning...HELLO PEOPLE WORK! They did not care. We asked the to replace the windows after we left and refused. The people replacing the windows sat and lend on other peoples cars! Then I was suppose to pay the gas bill separate. My gas bill was 600.00!!Hello! and they wanted it right away. We asked how that could be accurate and they said there was individual meters into he basement only thing I could find was the 1 large one.
And to top it off maintenance likes to come into your apartment without warning. I was in the shower when a guy came in...the walls are thin and you can hear the water running from the front of the apartment and he still came in...tv was on and everything. I never got an apology for it and they told me no one was scheduled to come in. Now when brought up they either deny it or say we had warning. The only thing on the walls in the building are treating letters that they will tow you if you do not have a parking permit and if you are a day late on your rent.
I am glad to no longer call this place home.

They walked in on me while I was showering too.... and the guy yelled that he was here to check the gas meter, and DID IT ANYWAYS, depite my screaming at him! Of course, mgt wants nothing to do with that! It didn't happen, according to them.... this concerns me. I was not the only one.....

Oh no. I remember that day. I remember how scared I was and I had to take of work I was so sick. Do they deny not giving notice to you now when you bring it up? They told me before I moved out it was my fault. I had notice
