I have been here about 3 years and I always like it here but recently there are many problems that I have with the place.

I don't know what has been going on lately but there are never any parking spaces, they removed all of the mailboxes within the complex so now you have to take all outgoing mail to the post office, there hasn't been any water 2 times in the last month and they don't seem to care too much that we can't take showers, flush toilets, etc., maintenance comes into your apartment without notice, drive up into complex is absolutely horrible and has needed paved/potholes fixed for years, rent goes up every single year.

The only reason I stay here is because I love the location and I guess too lazy to try to find something else.

Parking is only tight in select areas of the community, and most will live here for years and never have a problem finding a place to park. Residents can come into the rental office to drop off any outgoing mail. This resident was also effected by the water main breaks and we did make accomodations for all residents to have access the pool house and use the facilities there. The entrance to Crane Village is City of Pittsburgh property. We have asked several times in the past 3 years to have them repave the entry drive for us but each time they refuse. We are trying to budget this cost in for 2007, but in the meantime we fill any potholes as they appear.
