I have to be fair. I have seen some horrible reviews here but I think some of them are a bit exageration..may be not. Yes there are maintenance issues that come up but most of them have been taken care in a reasonable time. ( most ,not all) But hey you are not paying with your arm and leg either. You get what you pay for. My experience with management has been quite well. For repairs, complaints about noise etc. You have to get the message to the manager and follow up on it. In the 2 years I've been here I'd say overall its been good.

Unfortuneatly, water main breaks are impossible to predict and our staff and contractors worked long hours to have the water turned back on in a timely manner. There were a total of 5 breaks and each six inch pipe that was pulled out had been cracked. These breaks can happen anywhere you live whether that be an apartment or a private home.
