My husband and I have lived at Crane Village now for 8 months and are moving out. They hiked up the price which to me is not worth it. They need new carpet, new kichen cabinets, the worst is the noise. We can hear everything the guy below us does. I get horrible sleeps at night because i can hear him snoring like he is sleeping right next to me. There is never any parking you have to park 10 miles away from where you live. I would not recommend Crane Village.

Dreyfuss Management requires that all carpet be professionally cleaned or replaced prior to a tenant moving in. We also offer beautiful signature series apartments which include newer carpet, newer cabinets, all newer model appliances, new shelving, and upgraded lighting. These apartments run for $80.00 more per month than the current market rent on the apartment. Unfortuneatly, noise is something that residents must be somewhat tolerant to if they live in a garden style apartment because the floors and walls are wood, not concrete. As stated in previous responses, there are only a few areas of Crane Village that have tighter parking than others.
