The people who party into all hours of the night and love to cause domestic spats requiring the police to come take a visit. Do they run any sort of check on the people who live here'

Maybe I could discuss the windows, washer/dryers, dog park, etc. that have all been put in WAAAAAAAAAAY after residents were told they would be. For the second year in a row, it appears that the child's pool next to the main pool won't be cleaned and filled for the summer.

PS...ask to see your apt. (your SPECIFIC apt). We were shown a beautiful model home, told we couldn't see our apt. b/c it was being fixed up and (naively, I'll admit) signed the lease. Yeah. Our apartment has cracks running the ENTIRE length of the bedroom ceiling, most of the length of the kitchen, the trim is separating from the wall, our sockets are crooked, our bathtub continually leaks, our cabinets are bowed, and our floors are tilted. Yes, tilted.

PPS...don't try to get the office to help you. When I asked about some of the stuff, I was told, "Well, what do you want me to do about it'''" (Make sure you walk down, b/c if you leave a message, a lot of times, they get "lost")

If you know that your neighbor is a drug dealer please contact the police immediately. I do not want any drug activity on my site and certainly if you know about it and are doing nothing to stop it yourself. You have left an anonymous comment and I am not sure where you live or I would make that call myself. Be a good neighbor and notify the police. As you see by the comment left by the resident prior to this, I have been cracking down on the over weight dogs and asking people to move out if they fail to give their dogs away. And to answer your question about resident screening, yes we do run criminal background checks on each tenant who lives here and applies for an apartment. If a tenant invites someone to live with them and does not put them on the lease then we can not do that screening on them and all tenants are required to notify the office immediately if there are any changes or additions to be made to their lease. We collected bids this year for repairing the child's pool and our corporate office elected to not sign our contract because the cost of the repair would have been excessive to only accommodate 7-10 residents out of 600+ who would actually make use of that pool. If you have problems with your apartment tell the office, if you don't, then don't expect them to magically get taken care of. You live there and see things everyday, so just call us so we can get maintenance to work on those things in your apartment that need repaired. Also, we might not be able to show your your exact apartment until your move in day because we perform alot of work in the apartments for turnover, but we also encourage you to look at your apartment before you sign your lease agreement. Please call me and tell me which one of my staff told you "What do you want me to do about it" because that is very unprofessional and is not in accordance with who Dreyfuss employs.
