Been here for more than 3 years, have had no problems with management. Maintenance requests have been dealt with reasonably quickly, though they can show up unexpectedly. Have been locked-out quiet a few times and help arrived fast, previously used to charge $10.00 after office hrs but is no $20-25. No gas bills is awesome. Laundry can be a bug haul at times but I guess its an apartment laundry( Have been told the washer-dryes are going to changed soon). Parking has never been an issue for us. We changed apartments in the same complex and got our full deposit back in less than 2 months.
