Noisy college students galore!

This complex used to be a good place for professionals and families. Now, Crane is renting out to numerous college students and students from the Culinary Institute. Most are very noisy- I am awakened by parties on their balconies, them coming home drunk, parties during the week..you name it. Their friends take up parking spots that should be for residents.
If you don't mind living near college students- there are places that charge a lot less rent. The prices at Crane keep going up and the service and quality is getting worse.

| We do rent to students, but unfortunately seldom are they the cause of noise violations, and if they are they are handled in the same way every other tenant with a noise complaint against them. If a tenant (no matter who they are) is causing a noise disturbance the rental office must be made aware in writing so that the proper actions can be taken legally to evict the tenant if that becomes necessary. | |

You don't rent to students...yet there are a ton of students from the Culinary Inst. (they do wear uniforms to school you know- not hard to miss...)there, as well as from other schools. And you contradicted yourself in your response- "We do rent to students, but unfortunately seldom are they the cause of noise violations". Umm, if you aren't renting to them, how do they get there? Get your story straight.
