This complex is okay if you are just going to be staying here a short period of time. I think that the rent is too high! You can hear everything that goes on above you and beside you. ON a work night we often heard the upstairs neighbors "having fun" at 3 AM numerous times! We also awoke to blasting music....that was not coming from our apartment. Also it smells! There is a weird smell in the hall that lingers into your apartment. Parking is okay. It is okay for a short time, but I wouldn't make it my home.

Apartment living is sometimes noisy when you have wooden floors & walls. I don't deny that you will most likely hear your neighbors with these conditions, but when it gets out of hand please let the rental office know in writing. We are happy to have you as a tenant and hope that you stay for your next renewal period!
