I have been renting a townhome here since May 06 and I cannot wait until my lease is up! As several tenants have suggested, the management here is completely disorganized and unresponsive to complaints. Our fire alarm has gone off 3 times in the past week due to a faulty dryer in the basement. Each time the fire department arrives, but nothing has been fixed. The alarm went off today for over 1/2 hour until someone from maintenance came to shut it off. You would think that the management would want to correct an issue such as this and not waste the valuable time of our fire department.

We have been without hot water now three times-once because the tank broke which is acceptable and twice because maintenance was working on the line and simply forgot to turn the pilot light on the tank back on. Completely irresponsible and unacceptable.

I would suggest you look for another place to live if you are considering Crane Village. It is simply not worth the stress and aggravation of dealing with a completely incompetent and careless staff! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
