While living here for school-sponsored housing, my roommate requested a phone jack be added to her bedroom. When they finally came to install it, they did not call or give us any indication whatsoever that they were coming. They simply opened the door themselves, and came into MY bedroom, without knocking on a CLOSED door, while I was sleeping. This is extremely terrifying you might imagine, being a small female alone in an apartment sleeping and having two maintenance men walk into your room.
