I provided written notice something like 34 days in advance and to return the favor they snookered my deposit. I took them to Pennsylvania court where the court found in my favor. I took me one year to recover my security deposit. They will try to keep your deposit. But if you take them to court. The sheriff will pay them a visit and make do the right thing and pay up.
