Crawford Square Apartments

There is one problem that really bothers me and that is how everytime there is any kind of noise they always blame the noise on me, and I am hardly home. Now they are telling me that I can not renew my lease and I am really bothered by that. If they do an investigation they will find out the noise is not coming from my apt. However they have not done an investigation, they are just pointing the finger at me. I have heard noise in the building sometimes, and there are children also running in and out of the building and they do not live there, but I have not once reported anything, I guess if I did report that they would not be trying to put me out. All I am trying to ask is to look into the complaints before you can really say its me for a fact. Every violation thatI have gotten was a lie, I made sure every violation I have gotten I called and talked to someone so that it would not be a stike against me because I am not the one making any kind of disturbance and now I have received a letter stating that they are not going to renew my lease I dont think that is fair at all. I am bearly home I work Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am until 5:30 pm and I do not return home until about 6:00 pm and when I come home I am to tired to make any noise I eat then lay done to go to sleep. The weekends I am usually home only on Sunday only and I am either there by myself on with my mother. So I am not understanding how they can just say its me and send me a letter stating my lease would not be renew. Please look into this because I really enjoy my apt, I love how it is very quiet, and also love how I can come home and feel safe.
