I lived here as a college student for a year and a half, and I really enjoyed living here. We had plenty of room, everything was comfortable, and there were rarely any maintenance problem. Maintenance was generally very good, and they were pretty good about fixing any problems that came up. One of the things I liked about this place in particular was the sound insulation, you could play your music or have friends over and not have to worry about waking your neighbors up, and in the same regard you almost never heard anything that was going on nearby. It's pretty convenient as well, you are close to Pitt, CMU, and Downtown is readily accsessible as well. The management of the building are nice and they treat you with respect.It's not a luxury apartment, and they don't have amenities such as a pool or a 24-hour desk guy, but for the money you get a pretty good place to live.

I had neighbors (two guys) who had parties and loud music. they wall all the way across the hall but i heard them very clearly.
