I lived here for a year and moved to another buildling the next. I would not recommend this place to anybody...
Pros: The place is pretty well kept. The walls/bathroom/kitchen was clean. The building is small but okay. I lived with a roomate in a 2-bedroom place on the top floor so the place was pretty big and two bathrooms are nice to have.
Cons: i paid extra to get a spot in the garage. The garage drips of this clear liquid and gets all over your car. I got a big drip on the back window of my car... had to manually scape it off.. it won't come out on a normal machine car wash. The buidling does not have an office to get your packcages. I had to go to the fedex office to get my amazon shipped book... got a flat tire on my way! It's a pain. Also the building is very close to the next one. so if you're in a lower floor facing that building, no sunlight for you. For me, since I lived in the top floor, the place was so hot in the summer it's unbearable. There were two very old a/c, one in the living room, one in the larger bedroom. I was in the smaller bedroom and was unable to sleep at night. The a/c in the living room did'nt work very well and even though I asked management, they didn't even try to fix/replace. They just said it's 'old' so it doesn't work very well and didn't do anything about it. Haha.. Another thing is since I didn't have an a/c in my bedroom, i had my window open at night. the noise from Centre ave. is actually pretty loud. You could hear the trucks driving by pretty loud.
Overall, I didn't like living here.
