Major renovations needed.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2009
 
Bathroom and kitchens outdated. Units need updated. Poor water pressure and luke warm hot water in showers. Lobbies need redecorated. You can hear neighbors flushing toliets and taking showers as there is very little insulation between floors and ceilings.
