I think that this is a nice place. The rent is affordable for a 2 bedroom (not sure about a 1 bedroom), especially considering other places in Pitts. Most everything is included in rent--the only other bills were electric, which everything was, but our bill was never over $55 total and we didnt even have to turn our heat on until Dec.;phone and cable. the landlord is great, friendly and keeps the parking lot and sidewalks clean. The bus comes right outside-convenient. The walls are a little thin, but this is only slightly annoying when someone next door is getting a shower. Closet space is great. Dishwashers included. The highway is near by but i never hear it much, the train is nearby also but again, you get used to it. The neighborhood is safe and the police actually hang out in the one parking lot. Lock door system is great.Overall, a great affordable place to live and i highly recommend it for the price.
