I've lived here for a year now, and it is the best place I've lived in in Pittsburgh (I've been here 6 ears and had 5 different apartments).

This place is well kept, the grounds are well maintained, the apartments are clean and bug free. Kitchen is up to date with new cabinets and dishwasher. Apt has A/C. On-site resident manager is very friendly and works hard to keep the place friendly to tenants. I recommend this place to anyone who is truly interested in receiving their money's worth out of an apartment.
