Loud, noisy apartment. Lousy management. The worst!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
I lived there for 2 yrs.
There is a garbage truck (a very loud one) that picks up garbage around 3 am and because of its proximity to the UPMC there is constant ambulance noise.
The management is very rude and greedy.
