This place is great- about the only building around Shadyside with its own pool, gym, and parking lot. It might not be cheap enough for college students, but if you can afford it you should live here. It is also very safe with a doorman and parking lot attendent. Management is great- they fix things extremely quickly. Bus stop is right on the corner. I've never had a noise problem. Laundry on every floor.
