Elevators are broken often. In fact, only one was working for about 2 months, while each one was being updated...and then, they continued to break about once every 2 weeks.
Management is poor. Once I forgot to write the rent check, they didn't even contact me by phone. They simply sent a notice saying, "Please send 50 more dollars". This after I had paid on time for about 20 months previously.
Upon return of the security deposit, they deducted 400 dollars for such things as "left stove dirty", "left fridge dirty", etc. I spent about 10 hours cleaning the place up. I shoudl have just left it dirty, seeing as they were going to screw me anyway.
