Expensive apartment which is not worth the price

Generally OK for living but too expensive. One bedroom apartment costs more than $900 per month not including electricity (average $50 during entire year) and gas fee (average $80 during entire year). Actual money including utility is about $1050 per month during the entire year. You better give up receiving the security deposit money back, when you move out (if you already got the deposit money back, then you should pay back when you move out). Many people forget to close the electricity account. I am one of them and payed $75 electricity bill after I moved out. I claimed that I didn't use it, but they wouldn't reimburse the money back to me, although they said they can do that (they kept insisting that it was my fault). I would definitely not recommend this apartment.
