These apartment are very nice although somewhat pricy. They are very clean and are painted after every tenant, along with a carpet steaming. Office personnel are very nice and accomodating. Maintenence is here the same day a reqest for service is entered. The closet space is amazing for a one bedroom apartment and rooms are quite large also. Location is extremely nice with restaurants and stores on Craig St. Parking in the lot is very expensive ($70/month) although city permits are available but there is a waiting list. Fitness center and roof garden although the roof is closed during the winter. Highly recommended although prices are being raised again this year and a one bedroom apartment is getting quite costly.
