I lived there for a year and decided to move out because of the strange things that happened there. There were three of us sharing an apartment, and all of us were too creeped out to talk about our experiences until we moved to a new place. I still get chills when I drive pass the building these days.

The tenants were a mixed of the elderly and college students. It is pretty quiet, except on some Friday nights when the college kids decide to have at-home rave parties. If not for the spooky things, I wouldn't mind living there. The building is quite old, which gives a vintage feel to it. Management and maintainance were great...
