Fairfax Apartments

Its a nice place to live in the heart of it all. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2005   I have lived here over 6 years and have never had any problems with the supernatural or otherwise. The complex is very clean and neat and the maintence staff is extremely helpful. It also has a very nice exercise room and a roof top sun deck. I also have used the courtyard, it is a wonderfull place to relax on nice days. As for price well this is Oakland on Fifth ave, so the convience is worth it. I also feel very secure knowing that they have security camera's in lobby and outside the building along with the parking lot.
