I rented a studio apartment here for four years and was generally happy with it. The building is safe and secure. The unit was spacious given comparable units in the area. Management was extremely friendly and accommodating. Rent was a bit higher than other apartments in the area, but it was worth it.

My biggest complaint regards the parking situation. I paid a high monthly rate for a space in the apartment's adjacent outdoor gated lot, and was constantly getting blocked in by employees of a nearby business that somehow had access to the lot but no actual parking space. Also, there did not seem to be enough washers/dryers in the laundry room for the number of tenants in the building.

Overall, a great place to live.
