Polite staff but terrible management

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007
 
It is safe and nice for Oakland. Management on the other hand is terrible. Rent increases dramatically every year, Management wanted to terminate my lease 3 months early with no compensation, CMU students can get loud.
