Horrible Place -- Taking Advantage of Students From: garbage@hotmail.com Date posted: 3/2/2005 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2005   I have been living in Fifth Avenue Garden for 3 years. The management company was changed last year and they are totally taking advantage of students. They know that students move every couples of years so they don't pay too much attention when you complain. The manager is very rude. The management company lacks common sense. The place is very old with leaks and chipped paint. The parking lot is on top of a hill which isn't properly salted in the winter time. Right by the street. Super loud.
