I lived here for a year during my second year of grad school. I had a better experience than some of the other posts, maybe due to the new management company that has come in recently. My main complaint is that it was too hot in my apartment over some of the winter, but I just opened a window when that happened. The maintenance was fast as the managers are all right on location so i just walked over to the office when I needed something. I also liked that they held my larger packages in the ofice until I picked them up. I never had any problems finding a parking space. I had a small leak under my sink when I moved in but it was fixed the day after I mentioned it. The price was also less expensive than comparable aprtments in other parts of Shadyside for what you get. The kitchens are on the small side, but overall the aprtments are in nice condition. They need to cut the grass more often. I would recommend this complex.
