I've lived here for two years. I like it alot. I have my own balcony and a very spacious one bedroom apartment. I have more space than I know what to do with.

Water, gas, and heat included. All you pay is electricity and anythign else you might want (DSL, phone, Cable, etc.)

I'm moving to DC for graduate school soon, so I know I'll never find an apartment as affordable AND as nice as this one. word of advice: if you're interested in living near PITT or Carnegie Mellon, this place is for you. And even if you're a new guy who just got a job nearby, this place is still for you too.

Apartments in this building, though, I very hard to find because there are alot of people constantly trying to find away to live here. It's one fo the best places on campus. No rats, roaches, ants, or bugs EVER. I've even had three people knock on my door in the past year asking if I was looking for a roommate (some even offered to pay 3/4 cost)

The manager of the building isn't too bad of a guy once you get to know him. He's been here for 20 years and takes care of most issues as needed. I have no feeling of animosity towards him.

Safe and secure parking provided underneath and behind building at 60-70$ a month.

Summary: This is one of the best places to live. Very quiet atmosphere. You wil not regret it. I swear on my life.
