Fifth Neville Apartments

Nice apartment From: springsteen2005 Date posted: 7/20/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   I live here for two years. It is a decent place. First, the location is perfect for students from Pitt/CMU. Just 5 mins walking to universities. Second, the apartment ( I live in 1Br) is quiet, clean, and large enough. The neighbors are also very nice. The manager in this building is a very nice guy, and response to your requests very fast. The only reason I move out is due to the rent. For the coming year, the rent (1Br) plus electricity/parking will be around $800. I have to find a cheap one. But I know I will miss it for a long time
