If you are looking for a quiet, clean, comfortable apartment then this ones for you.
Fenton the resident manager, works hard to keep the building looking so nice and clean. I had only two maintenance requests the entire time I was here. Both times the issues were minor, problem with kitchen light and clogged bathtub, and Fenton had them fixed the same day. The parking here is also wonderful. There is assigned parking so you never have to worry about coming home and finding someone else parked in your parking space. The only reason I am moving is because I had to transfer for my internship. I highly recommend the apartment to anyone going to CMU or Pitt, only 5 minutes walking distance. Fenton, thank you for making my stay so wonderful.
