Lived in the building for almost 9 years. Friendly management, quick with maintenence requests, clean common areas, new renovated lobby, affordable rent, convenient location, stays warm in winter, and hot water works well. Staff is always making improvements to the facility (bigger mailboxes, new lobby furniture, soda machine in laundry room, more secure doors, etc..).

Can't think of anything major that is negative, as only some occasional small stuff has appeared during the 9 years I've been there (occasional dryer not working, dumpster fills up at end of month on weekends, occasional elevator floor-number indicator incorrect - and most have been addressed pretty quickly).
