I have just left this apartment.

The problem about this apartment is that it is extremely difficult to see the manager!
He lives in this apartment, but takes care of a few different apartments as well.
Probability that you find the him in the apartment is literally less than 1/20.

If packages come, there is nobody to receive them since the manager is not there.
You will never get what you order in your apartment unless you stay at the apartment waiting for any package you are looking for.

Moreover, it's a pretty old apartment built in 1960s, and everything is old.

Highly non-recommendable!!

I am the Resident Manager, Fenton Spicer, Jr., for the Fifth Neville Apartments. I am not sure what this former tenant is talking about not receiving packages? On our website www.fifthnevilleaparmtents.com there is a link for package notification. Everyday when a tenant receives a package it is placed on the package notification webpage. This is completed EVREYDAY by 6pm. The question was regarding my availability. Office hours are from 8am to 5pm Mon to Fri, and weekends by appointment. Yes, I do have other duties and responsibilities. Can I receive every single package everyday, no? I try my best to accommodate every request, answer every single phone call placed, receive every package for tenants and complete every maintenance request within 24 hours. The last statement made was, ???Moreover, it's a pretty old apartment built in 1960s, and everything is old.??? This is very confusing to me? Our Lobby was just completely renovated, both of our Laundry Care Centers have been completely renovated and updated, our elevator has been renovated, and I am in the process of updating all hallways with new light fixtures and paint. I am also in the process of renovating ALL apartments as they become available. New items added: Carpeting Vinyl Flooring Paint Light Fixtures Kitchen Appliances Kitchen Cabinets Kitchen Sink Window Blinds Bathroom Cabinets Toilet Sink Showers And much more The statements made by this prior resident made were VERY INACURATE and as you can see from prior recommendations FIFTH NEVILLE APARTMENTS is a great place to call home.
