I just moved here to Pittsburgh to attend school and a job two months ago. I contacted Fenton about an apartment last November and was put on the waiting list. He contacted me and we had all the necessary documents completed while I was still overseas. When I arrived I found a very clean large apartment waiting for me. Not knowing where anything was, Fenton took me under his wing and showed me how and where to find everything I needed. There have been many nights that I leave the apartment after 10pm and I still see Fenton working in his office or somewhere in the building. He does a fantastic job everyday. He has shown nothing but respect and helpfulness to me everyday I see him. So far no problems with my apartment so I can t say anything about that. It is nice to know when I come home Fenton always has everything taken care of. One more thing, all the online services the website provides is just the best.
