I have been trying to find a decent place to live in North Oakland for about two months now. A friend happened to tell me about apartmentrating.com so I checked it out.
Within 30 seconds I found Fifth Neville Apartments and I had the manager Fenton on the phone. We setup an appoint for the next day. I saw a one bedroom remodeled apartment.
Only one word can describe this apartment, WOW! Everything was brand new. Fenton was very helpful about explaining all the details that were done to the apartment and to the building; I was very impressed with him and the apartment. He also explained to me that the property was managed by Amore Management Corporation. I have never heard of them so I did a internet search. I was concerned at the reviews that were given and I brought this to Fenton s attention. He said, Amore was a well organized, efficient and fair management company. You can not please everyone all the time, you can only treat all the residents the same. If anyone had a legitimate complaint they do their very best to resolve any issues fairly. So I filled out the paperwork and was approved and signed the lease.
It has been a couple of months since I moved in and I love the location, close to CMU and everything else. The size of the apartment is perfect for all my belongings. It is a comfortable place to live and most everyone is friendly. Parking is easy and well maintained, laundry facilities are always clean. Fenton is always very helpful and friendly every time I see him, he does a wonderful job. If you get a chance to meet him ask him what his favorite hobby is' Both he and I have the same hobby.

I would have to give this apartment five stars. I recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a nice place in the North Oakland area.
