notice how the reviews are either 1/2 or 5's' or actually look through most of the 5 reviews, you should be able to notice the similarity in the sentence structure and the contents of these reviews. Yes, I am implying that the manager or someone related to him has written these reviews, which is believable because the current housing manager have some serious issues. As I lived on the third floor during some of my stay at CMU, the manager has been nothing but a headache and a lot of times would come to "spy" on your room without permission in addition to imposing many unreasonable "rules" that can be seen from the other reviews. He also likes to "bluff" the tenants in threatening to evict them, or something along the line of hes gonna kick out all the college students. A major headache indeed.

do NOT trust those reviews as in this is a place with horrible management. the only thing it has going is the good location for a CMU student, but i would still recommend something like fairfax.

please take into consideration what the other 1 or 2 reviews are saying and please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

I am the Resident Manager, Fenton Spicer, Jr., for the Fifth Neville Apartments. All residents of this complex are required to sign a lease and a rules addendum page before anyone can move in. All residents are made aware of the rules governing this apartment complex before they move in. This particular tenant had issues with parties in her apartment. She also liked to spray paint her walls with black spray paint. As for writing reviews? There are rules and regulations regarding such behavior and I am OFFENDED by the accusation, I suppose next I will be accused of looking at someone wrong. Come on stop kidding yourself. The only thing I am required to do as a Resident Manager is to provide a SAFE, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE place for residents to call home. All tenants are treated with the same respect they give me and other tenants. Notice the review said nothing about the three maintenance requests completed after 10pm. Notice the review say nothing about the police reports filed against the tenant for noise disturbances. Notice the review does not say anything about the condition of the apartment when she moved in or when she left. Amore Management Company also has in place a simple form tenants can fill out each month it is called ??How are we doing??. I happened to take a few minutes to review this previous tenant??s reviews. All of her reviews for ??ON SITE STAFF??, which is me, she gave an ??EXCELLENT?? marking.
