A-Ok From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 10/5/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2003   I lived at Kelly Apartments off of Hay Street in Wilkinsburg. Despite the rent being high and getting higher, the square footage was great and Hal was always very helpful! The area is kind of crappy, but it's Wilkinsburg. And if you move to Wilkinsburg, you should expect that. It's "hood" but not as "hood" as the rest of Wilkinsburg.
