Great until you try to move out

My experience has been that Franklin West is great...until you try to move out...I spent over two hours cleaning the apartment I rented, and they said it wasn't sufficiently cleaned when they went to inspect it despite the fact that I swept, scrubbed countertops, and mopped to the best of my abilities. I knew they would assess a cleaning fee regardless since friends of mine who rented out an apartment had the same experience when they tried to move out. They not want to charge a cleaning fee...a fee customarily assumed by leasing companies along with maintenance, touch ups and painting as the cost of doing business. Thumbs down. SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
