We lived in Pittsburgh for almost a year. We stayed in these apartments. We absolutely loved them. They are a bit pricey but worth the money you spend. We were able to leave our lease early when our jobs transferred us to another state. Franklin West was great about showing our apartment and finding someone to take it. We did not have a problem with a cleaning fee. I swept mopped and cleaned out the fridge. This was more than sufficient for them as we got all of our deposit back. Overall if we were in Pittsburgh we would still be with Franklin West.
