During the course of my stay with Franklin, I was forced to move out and break my lease due to family illness, since I was needed out of town.
Franklin found a new tenant eventually, but out of a $2700 security deposit, they withheld money for everything from a pet that doesn't exist to $300 worth of "cleaning fees" for which they were unable to produce a receipt. Although I only stayed there for five months, they only gave back around $200 of my $2700 deposit.
Needless to say, I would not recommend renting from them.
